We are excited to update you on the progress of Stage 1 of our Community Facilities Building which is well on track for completion later this year. The brick work is now completed, and roof cover has been established. The internal framing has commenced, and we look forward to seeing work start on the external cladding, which features the rich texture and varied colours of premium Donnybrook sandstone.
The completion of this impressive facility building will see the first commercial indoor heated swimming pool in the Dunsborough region, eagerly awaited for by our residents who are anticipating the convenience and ease of adding water fitness to their weekly routines. Our residents will also enjoy exclusive access to the café/entertainment lounge with fully equipped kitchen, wellness centre featuring state-of-the-art exercise equipment and alfresco area with BBQ facilities set within native landscaped gardens.

We are delighted to extend our warmest welcome to the 14 new residents who have joined Toby’s Inlet Estate in the last month! We had the pleasure of gathering together for a Sundowner at our village local, Palmer’s Winery. We trust they will love their new homes and enjoy integrating into our village community over the coming months.
With our first stage of Community Facilities well on its way, 4 homes currently under construction and 7 more to be commencing imminently, Stage 1 of our village development is nearing completion! Toby’s Inlet Estate is gearing up for a busy end to 2022! With 8 homes due for completion in January and February 2023 and more houses commencing construction this month, Stage 1 at Toby’s is quickly filling up. We are excited to see these new homes completed for a great bunch of new residents who are eager to settle into the village. The building industry has faced some challenges this year but we are proud to have seen our housing and community facility program continue through steadily all the same. The Stage 1 Community Facility building is moving forward with brick work now finished and roof cover and internal framing to be completed in the coming weeks. A lot has been happening at Toby’s Inlet Estate over the last two months.
Stage 1 of our world class facility centre is progressing well with brick work and internal walls commencing in the next few weeks. Our new facility at Toby’s will include the first commercial indoor heated swimming pool in the Dunsborough region. The 18m x 5m heated pool will be for the exclusive use of our Toby’s residents, perfect for those early morning laps, rehab sessions or group water aerobic classes. Along with the heated swimming pool Toby’s residents will also enjoy full access to an expertly resourced wellness centre, a fully equipped community kitchen/cafe, a beautifully furnished entertainment lounge, bbq facilities set among landscaped gardens and our main village administration centre. The management team at Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough are delighted to announce the commencement of construction for their first stage of world class community facilities. The team at Toby’s are especially excited about the new indoor heated swimming pool to be included in the stage 1 amenity centre. “The 18m x 5m swimming pool is the first indoor heated swimming pool to be developed in the Dunsborough region” said Gordon Genat, Managing Director of Toby’s, “The benefit of such a facility is enormous for our resident community, not only for those wanting to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle but also for those in need of a suitable facility for hydro rehabilitation and strength conditioning.”
