Toby’s Inlet Estate is gearing up for a busy end to 2022! With 8 homes due for completion in January and February 2023 and more houses commencing construction this month, Stage 1 at Toby’s is quickly filling up. We are excited to see these new homes completed for a great bunch of new residents who are eager to settle into the village. The building industry has faced some challenges this year but we are proud to have seen our housing and community facility program continue through steadily all the same. The Stage 1 Community Facility building is moving forward with brick work now finished and roof cover and internal framing to be completed in the coming weeks. With facilities due for completion in early 2023 and an established community now on site, now is the time to make the move to our premier lifestyle village, Toby’s Inlet Estate.
