Indoor Heated Swimming Pool Coming Soon!
The management team at Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough are delighted to announce the commencement of construction for their first stage of world class community facilities. The team at Toby’s are especially excited about the new indoor heated swimming pool to be included in the stage 1 amenity centre. “The 18m x 5m swimming pool is the first indoor heated swimming pool to be developed in the Dunsborough region” said Gordon Genat, Managing Director of Toby’s, “The benefit of such a facility is enormous for our resident community, not only for those wanting to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle but also for those in need of a suitable facility for hydro rehabilitation and strength conditioning.”
Along with the indoor heated swimming pool the first stage of facilities at Toby’s Inlet Estate will include a wellness centre, entertainment lounge / cafe, beautifully appointed resident kitchen, north facing alfresco with bbq facilities, landscaped gardens and main administration quarters for onsite village manager. With construction now underway the stage 1 community centre is due for completion by Christmas 2022.
With the village facility building program now commenced, interest in Toby’s Inlet Estate is growing strongly. With only 4 of the 10 houses due for completion in 2022 still available for purchase, available stock is quickly running out.
