We are thrilled to have reached practical completion for the very first home at Toby’s Inlet Estate! Dale Alcock South West have done a wonderful job and site supervisor Craig Minchim’s care for quality and detail has been greatly appreciated. Gordon Genat our Managing Director was on site today for final walk though (shoes off to keep those NSW blackbutt timber floors spotless). More houses to come over the following few weeks and home displays launching very shortly!!!

The Christmas season is nearly here! Our sister village, Nova Village Busselton, is excited to be hosting a Twilight Christmas Market on Saturday 30th November between 5pm and 7pm. The relaxed evening in our Village Square will include local stalls, carols, mulled wine, sausage sizzle, Christmas treats and more. It is a great opportunity to find that unique Christmas gift or just unwind and enjoy some Christmas cheer with a friendly crowd. Hope to see you there!

On the 3-4 of November the Toby’s Inlet Estate team attended the Perth Village Expo 2019. Hosted at the Curtin Technology Centre it was the first event run in Perth by the well experienced group – Retirement Village Expo (RVE). With over 20 years experience of running similar events successfully on the east coast of Australia the team from RVE unsurprisingly did a fantastic job hosting Perth’s first expo. The two days enabled visitors to explore what retirement villages are on offer and the benefits each provided for their residents. Our Toby’s and Nova team were thrilled to take part and enjoyed speaking to many people interested in our South West villages. RVE will be hosting their next expo in approximately 6 months time, stay tuned for final date and time announcements. If you are interested in village living these expo’s should not be missed! On the 22nd of October, Toby’s Management and JHY Realty enjoyed taking a lovely group of enquirers on the first tour of Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough. The morning tour included a visit to Nova Village Busselton, Toby’s sister village. Nova Village, founded in 2002, was established and is still managed by the same team developing Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough. At Nova the tour attendees saw first hand the beautiful facilities, landscaped grounds and exceptional housing that has set the high standard Toby’s Inlet Estate will follow. After a delicious morning tea the group ventured down to Toby’s and enjoyed exploring the new houses under construction, all were impressed by the quality of homes available and were pleasantly surprised by what they saw. Thank you to all who attended and to our wonderful residents at Nova who assisted on the day. A special wine and cheese night celebrating the official opening of Toby’s display homes is booked for the first week of December 2019 (More details to come soon). Fantastic to see installation of roof structures begin today at Toby’s Inlet Estate. Images below show our Mariner design on Lot 2 under construction.
