Happy New Year from all our team at Toby’s!
We are so excited for the new year ahead. As we look forward we are thrilled to now have the premier Stage 1 Community Facilities due for opening very shortly. The first of four stages of our Community Centre boasts the first indoor heated swimming pool in the region, fully equipped gymnasium, resident entertainment lounge and kitchen, BBQ facilities and administrative quarters for our village staff. The architecturally designed facility will change what retirement living looks like in the region, offering a facility and standard of service unmatched in the South West.
Our construction team is busy working on the finishing touches as we commence the down hill run to building completion. With the landscaping team due on site mid February 24, the surrounds of our Community Centre is now only weeks away from being transformed into beautiful gardens with lush vistas.

The construction of our Stage 1 Community Facilities Building is progressing rapidly! The installation of suspended ceilings and wall claddings are now completed, with painting teams now onsite to complete both internal and external painting. Tiling is due to commence in the next few days and cabinetry is booked to be installed in the coming weeks. Plastering and the installation of pool equipment is scheduled for October. With lock up phase approaching, and the scaffolding now removed, you can appreciate the generous scale of the pool area and the bounty of natural light pouring in. We are excited for our residents to enjoy the facilities and ambiance of this attractive space soon!

Toby’s is abuzz with activity! We are so pleased that we are fast approaching lock up stage for our first Community Facility Building. The acoustic coruline panelled ceiling has been installed for Dunsborough’s first commercial indoor heated swimming pool! This facility building will also include a café and entertainment lounge with fully equipped kitchen, wellness centre with premium exercise equipment and alfresco area with BBQ facilities and native gardens, all highly anticipated for the exclusive use of our founding residents!
In addition to this, the first few sites for the next round of house builds have been prepped, with sand pads ready for concrete footing and slab pours in the coming week. We have 8 houses commencing construction, 3 of which have already been pre-sold. With only a handful of lots remaining, the completion of Stage 1 of our village development program is on the horizon! The construction of our Stage 1 Community Facilities Building continues to charge ahead! The plumbing, electrical and mechanical pre-lay has been completed. The installation of suspended ceilings and wall claddings are now underway along with external windows and doors. Keep an eye out for the striking feature of premium Donnybrook sandstone, which will add rich texture and colour whilst paying homage to the natural beauty and diversity of the region.
This building will form 1 of 4 parts of our Community Facility Centre, which will be the pulsing heart of Toby’s community and activity. The region’s first commercial indoor heated swimming pool, café and entertainment lounge with fully equipped kitchen, wellness centre with premium exercise equipment and alfresco area with BBQ facilities and native gardens will be enjoyed by our residents before long!

With our community steadily growing and our first stage of Community Facilities well underway for completion later this year, demand for housing in Toby’s Inlet Estate is running hot!
