On the 22nd of October, Toby’s Management and JHY Realty enjoyed taking a lovely group of enquirers on the first tour of Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough. The morning tour included a visit to Nova Village Busselton, Toby’s sister village. Nova Village, founded in 2002, was established and is still managed by the same team developing Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough. At Nova the tour attendees saw first hand the beautiful facilities, landscaped grounds and exceptional housing that has set the high standard Toby’s Inlet Estate will follow. After a delicious morning tea the group ventured down to Toby’s and enjoyed exploring the new houses under construction, all were impressed by the quality of homes available and were pleasantly surprised by what they saw. Thank you to all who attended and to our wonderful residents at Nova who assisted on the day. A special wine and cheese night celebrating the official opening of Toby’s display homes is booked for the first week of December 2019 (More details to come soon).
