As you read this, first and foremost, we hope that you and your loved ones are keeping safe and well. The spread of COVID-19 has caused challenging times for all, so to those who have experienced significant personal pain and loss we send our deepest sympathies. Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough is fortunate to be operating business as usual, our village development is moving forward, abiding by new procedures in place to comply with all current Health Department recommendations regarding social interactions.
Our onsite sales team will now be offering one on one inspections by appointment only. Your safety comes first so this will be done on a private basis with a single attendee only with no children permitted. All visitors are required to sanitise their hands before and after entering our display homes and will be directed to not touch any surfaces without wearing gloves. We would like to thank you in advance for adhering to these temporary safety measures.
Some good news for those interested in Toby’s but unable to travel to the South West, we will shortly be providing professionally shot video walk throughs of each of our beautifully appointed Display Homes. We believe these videos will provide the next best thing to you visiting our village in person and will be available to all prospective buyers upon request.
All that the South West offers is more acutely appreciated in times like we are currently facing – Fresh air, sprawling coastlines and beautiful national parks, an abundance of local fresh produce and a supportive connected community. With residents already living on site, 2 houses due to commence construction immediately and one display home already sold, there is no better time than now to secure your home at Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough.

As our first phase of houses draw to completion we have loved seeing the finishing touches done by our landscaping team. All gardens within Toby’s are professionally designed and maintained by us the village operator. This means our residents enjoy a well kept, beautifully presented garden all year around without the fuss of having to maintain it themselves. All species are hand picked to suit the South West climate and overall village landscape design so ensuring wonderful streetscapes as the community grows.
