On the 22 February 2020 between 12pm and 2pm Toby’s Inlet Estate will officially open the brand new village display homes. Come and see our beautifully finished homes thoughtfully designed for individuals and couples looking to downsize in the spectacular South West. Toby’s is a first for the Dunsborough region delivering quality housing for over 55’s looking to enjoy a maintenance free, vibrant and community friendly lifestyle. Don’t miss the great incentives running for a limited time only for first stage buyers! Home opens as of the 22nd of February will run every Wednesday 3pm-5pm, Saturday 12pm-2pm and Sunday 12pm-2pm.
As our first phase of houses draw to completion we have loved seeing the finishing touches done by our landscaping team. All gardens within Toby’s are professionally designed and maintained by us the village operator. This means our residents enjoy a well kept, beautifully presented garden all year around without the fuss of having to maintain it themselves. All species are hand picked to suit the South West climate and overall village landscape design so ensuring wonderful streetscapes as the community grows.
This week we welcomed another great couple into Toby’s! Part of our welcome pack includes a variety of goodies sourced from the vast range of gourmet providores, wineries and restaurants in the local region. The South West boasts an incredible standard of food, wine and entertainment and we are proud to support and be located within such close proximity to so many exceptional culinary and hospitality providers. We are delighted to welcome Anne and Neil as our first residents at Toby’s Inlet Estate! We could not have hoped for a better couple to have as our founding residents. Anne and Neil purchased a Gaffer design house and they are as delighted with the house as we are! We briefly caught up with Anne and Neil to ask them a few questions –
Toby’s: Why did you choose Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough?
Anne & Neil: We had been researching over 55 villages and saw an advertisement for Toby’s – basically, the more we read, the more we liked!
Toby’s: What appeals to you about living within a retirement community?
Anne & Neil: We just love the idea of being part of a community, having similar aged people with similar interests to spend our retirement years with.
What do you love about the area/location?
We have always loved the South West and have holidayed in the region often, in our caravan.
What do you love about the facilities on offer?
The list is never ending…everything! You can join in with so many activities, or not, depending on how you feel. There will always be something to do.
What has your experience been like dealing with the Toby’s Inlet Estate team?
We just can’t fault it! From first contact to moving in they have been there for us all the way. Nothing is too much trouble, they have been in constant contact and we know they will always be there for us in the future. We can’t praise their service, professionalism and commitment enough.
