On behalf of Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough and my Management Team I would like to wish you a very happy Christmas and a wonderful new year.
Despite the challenges Covid-19 has caused in 2020, looking back over the year there is much to be grateful for.
We are so pleased to have such a great group of stage one residents enjoying living in the village. It has been terrific to see community and friendships begin to be established by our founding resi’s. We look forward to welcoming more new residents into Toby’s early in 2021 and seeing our village continue to grow as a wonderful community.
Our village construction program has continued along steadily with our 6th and 7th home due for practical completion just before Christmas. Two more homes will commence construction early in the new year along with first stage of our world class Community Facility Centre.
Thank you to my staff, landscape and maintenance team, and construction team for your commitment to our village and our desire to be the best independent living community in Western Australia.
Finally, thank you to all who have followed us this year, made expressions of interest and are currently considering making the move to Toby’s.

Thanks to some of our terrific residents who took part in the filming of our new promo video for Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough. The film will capture the many attractions and remarkable beauty of the region in which Toby’s is located and some of the wonderful benefits associated with living in our brand new village.

This week we saw the commencement of 2 new homes at Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough. Dale Alcock’s South West team are now on site preparing footings and pouring slabs. We are looking forward to getting these houses completed for some of the best people you could meet. Our design team has worked closely with customising designs in order to create uniquely beautiful homes for our new Toby’s residents. It is shaping up to be a busy second half of the year with regional borders now open, Community Facility construction commencing shortly and inquiry levels now increasing back to 2019 Christmas levels. Our 3 display homes are open for inspection on Wednesday 3pm-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 12pm-2pm. If those times don’t work just give us a call and one of our team would be happy to show you through at a time of your own convenience.
