This week we saw the commencement of 2 new homes at Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough. Dale Alcock’s South West team are now on site preparing footings and pouring slabs. We are looking forward to getting these houses completed for some of the best people you could meet. Our design team has worked closely with customising designs in order to create uniquely beautiful homes for our new Toby’s residents. It is shaping up to be a busy second half of the year with regional borders now open, Community Facility construction commencing shortly and inquiry levels now increasing back to 2019 Christmas levels. Our 3 display homes are open for inspection on Wednesday 3pm-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 12pm-2pm. If those times don’t work just give us a call and one of our team would be happy to show you through at a time of your own convenience.
With the success of Western Australia controlling the spread of COVID 19, State Government has eased travel restrictions throughout our State. Although restrictions still apply for many it is good news for those living in Perth wanting to explore the option of making a sea change to the spectacular South West region. Perth residents will be able to travel down to Dunsborough as of the 18th May. Being around home more during the new age of social distancing can send anyone a little stir crazy! It is easier than ever in these unusual times to avoid exercise and forget the importance of keeping our bodies active and on the move. If you are like us and need a little help staying physically active then we hope the HUR home exercises found via the link below are of some help. HUR are world leaders in fitness and exercise equipment for over 55’s – HUR advise that you listen to your body, remember to breathe, do not rush and if you are unsure about doing any of these exercises, consult an accredited health professional.
As you read this, first and foremost, we hope that you and your loved ones are keeping safe and well. The spread of COVID-19 has caused challenging times for all, so to those who have experienced significant personal pain and loss we send our deepest sympathies. Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough is fortunate to be operating business as usual, our village development is moving forward, abiding by new procedures in place to comply with all current Health Department recommendations regarding social interactions.
Our onsite sales team will now be offering one on one inspections by appointment only. Your safety comes first so this will be done on a private basis with a single attendee only with no children permitted. All visitors are required to sanitise their hands before and after entering our display homes and will be directed to not touch any surfaces without wearing gloves. We would like to thank you in advance for adhering to these temporary safety measures.
Some good news for those interested in Toby’s but unable to travel to the South West, we will shortly be providing professionally shot video walk throughs of each of our beautifully appointed Display Homes. We believe these videos will provide the next best thing to you visiting our village in person and will be available to all prospective buyers upon request.
All that the South West offers is more acutely appreciated in times like we are currently facing – Fresh air, sprawling coastlines and beautiful national parks, an abundance of local fresh produce and a supportive connected community.
