Our stage 1 Facility Program has now been amended to include Dunsborough’s first indoor heated swimming pool.

Planning is now approved by the City of Busselton! Toby’s Inlet Estate will be looking to commence building it’s first stage of premier facilities immediately.

The first stage of facilities at Toby’s will provide a world class community centre for existing and future residents.

Our first stage Community Facility Building will include:

Well another beautiful home is completed at Toby’s and our community continues to grow!

We are really delighted to be able to welcome Frank and Michel into Toby’s Inlet Estate.

From initial enquiry to completion of their brand new customised home at Toby’s they have been wonderful to deal with.
