A lot has been happening at Toby’s Inlet Estate over the last two months.
Stage 1 of our world class facility centre is progressing well with brick work and internal walls commencing in the next few weeks. Our new facility at Toby’s will include the first commercial indoor heated swimming pool in the Dunsborough region. The 18m x 5m heated pool will be for the exclusive use of our Toby’s residents, perfect for those early morning laps, rehab sessions or group water aerobic classes. Along with the heated swimming pool Toby’s residents will also enjoy full access to an expertly resourced wellness centre, a fully equipped community kitchen/cafe, a beautifully furnished entertainment lounge, bbq facilities set among landscaped gardens and our main village administration centre. Our residental building program is moving along steadily, with 9 houses currently under construction and 4 homes due to commence construction shortly. It is terrific to see stage 1 filling out and Toby’s growing into the premium community estate it was always envisioned to be.
