The construction of our Stage 1 Community Facilities Building continues to charge ahead! The plumbing, electrical and mechanical pre-lay has been completed. The installation of suspended ceilings and wall claddings are now underway along with external windows and doors. Keep an eye out for the striking feature of premium Donnybrook sandstone, which will add rich texture and colour whilst paying homage to the natural beauty and diversity of the region.
This building will form 1 of 4 parts of our Community Facility Centre, which will be the pulsing heart of Toby’s community and activity. The region’s first commercial indoor heated swimming pool, café and entertainment lounge with fully equipped kitchen, wellness centre with premium exercise equipment and alfresco area with BBQ facilities and native gardens will be enjoyed by our residents before long!
