Project Manager

Jeremy possesses extensive experience and expertise in the field of building construction. Both his project and people management skills bring great value to the Toby’s management team. Jeremy works with our building teams to ensure exceptional outcomes for our residents, both in regards to building efficiencies to ensure timely housing and facility completion dates, and quality control to guarantee the high standard to which Toby’s is committed. 

Stephen Genat

Managing Director

Stephen has over 18 years experience at an operations and executive level in the property development industry. Qualified as a board certified architect and possessing a strong commercial background, Stephen brings great knowledge and expertise to the team. As part of the founding team, and now Managing Director of the award-winning Nova Village Busselton, Stephen has seen firsthand the wonderful benefits of premium retirement living in catering to the specific needs and desires of over 55’s. He is passionate to bring these offerings to the spectacular Dunsborough region through the premier community-focussed development of Toby’s Inlet Estate.

Alison Stallard

Village Manager

The day-to-day operation and management of the Toby’s community is overseen by our Village Manager, Ali. The combination of her warm personal skills and extensive experience in management and administration make Ali a valuable part of our team. As Village Manager, Ali ensures community life and individual needs are supervised in a professional, communicative and supportive way. Her personable and attentive manner significantly contributes to the village experience and enjoyment of Toby’s residents.

Mark Seaby

Development Manager

Mark draws from a wide range of expertise from his professional sporting background along with his extensive experience across a variety of roles within the Building Construction Industry. Mark is also involved in the management of the renowned Nova Village Busselton; a fully operational retirement village with a population of roughly 270 residents. Mark is passionate about the premium retirement village model along with the incomparable location of the spectacular South West, and attests to the lifestyle and enjoyment afforded to residents. Mark’s management of the Toby’s development involves construction and development oversight, liaising with residents, and ensuring Toby’s standards are met across all aspects of the village.
