Toby’s Inlet Estate is delighted to have Gordon as its Managing Director. Gordon is the Founder and Managing Director of the prestigious Novacare Busselton Lifestyle Village, 2015 top 4 finalist for the Property Council award – Best Retirement Village in Australia. Gordon has over 20 years’ experience at an operations and executive level with both private and not for profit organisations that excel in delivering desirable housing solutions for Australian retirees. His vast experience within the retirement living industry, genuine concern for Toby’s residents and his hands on approach drives Toby’s in its desire to create a wonderful retirement community in the beautiful township of Dunsborough.
Stephen Genat
Development Manager
Stephen has drawn from his architectural and commercial experience to ensure Toby’s Inlet Estate delivers a delightful community for our residents to live. His close supervision of the project from initial planning stage through to final delivery of each unique home ensures that Toby’s Inlet Estate offers the best in retirement living solutions. Stephen is passionate about delivering beautiful homes that cater to the unique needs and desires of those entering retirement. Projects Manager
Mark is the newest member of our Toby’s Inlet Estate Dunsborough management team. His primary role involves the supervision of village housing construction and the timely delivery of your home. Mark has had extensive experience across a variety of roles in the Building Construction Industry and is a valuable addition to our Toby’s team. At Toby’s Inlet Estate the delivery of a quality home and facilities that exceed our customers’ expectations is at the centre of our business.
