7 star rating!

All our stage 1 home designs at Toby’s have successfully achieved a minimum 7 star NatHERS Energy Rating!

NatHERS is a nationally recognised scheme that evaluates the assumed energy loads of a house based solely on the building fabric of the home.

The aim of the star rating system is to lower carbon emissions by providing homes that require little or no artificial heating and cooling to maintain a comfortable temperature all year round.

Homes that are energy efficient use less energy, are warmer in winter, cooler in summer and cost far less to run.

The projected saving for 5 star to 7 star homes are about a third on standard household energy bills.

Plus all our homes come standard with 2kw solar panel system and rain water collection tanks!
